When you come to Squamish, British Columbia, Canada, how can you miss the Sea to Sky Gondola trip! 🚡 As soon as I got on the cable car, I was amazed by the view of snow-capped mountains, forests and ocean outside the window. The 10-minute journey seemed to go through the clouds and reach the top of the mountain! 🌊 The air on the top of the mountain is so fresh that you want to take a deep breath, and the sea view of Howe Sound in the distance is so beautiful that it takes your breath away! We walked on the Sky Pilot Suspension Bridge on the top of the mountain, stood on the bridge and overlooked the valley. There was a deep abyss under our feet. It was super thrilling! 🌉 There are many trails on the mountain, suitable for friends who like hiking. We took a simple route and saw pine forests and wild animals along the way! 📸 There is also a small restaurant on the top of the mountain. It is very relaxing to enjoy snacks while looking at the mountain view. Really cool hotel in a cool area but the key thing to note is do not book if you are noise sensitive you can hear everything at night. It was tough to sleep here because of doors slamming AC and hearing the sounds next door. Besides that good place that is centrally located to everything in the town (shops bars and restaurants). Another tip you can not park on the Main Street overnight

The route I'm introducing today is the Stawamus Chief Trail in Vancouver Squamish. I rarely go hiking, and I read online that this trail is the easiest, but when we got there, we found it to be devilishly difficult for us. The entire trail is basically climbing stairs and reaching the top of the mountain, there's hardly any flat road. It's really hard for beginners to climb to the top of the mountain. But the scenery up there is indeed very beautiful. I can only say that it was a good experience, but I don't think I'll do it a second time. 😂😂

I recommend this mountain to everyone. If you don’t like crazy climbing stairs, don’t come. This is a 5km trail, but it is very tiring to climb more than 500 meters. You have to climb up and down to the top of the mountain. It is not an easy route at all. It took us about 3-4 hours to go back and forth, including rest. It was very tiring. We kept climbing stairs along the way.

When going to Whistler, we will pass by here. We have 9 people driving two cars to go there. Because it will be more expensive to buy tickets for the exhibition on site, it is recommended to buy them online... It snowed heavily when I went up, so I didn't walk into the forest, just walked the suspension bridge after a slight break at the rest stop and it was sunny if there was no heavy snow. Ps It's closer to refuel than Vancouver, so if you have enough fuel, you can come nearby to refuel

Getting There - located about 45 minutes outside of Vancouver in a car. However everyday there are multiple shuttles from the waterfront in Vancouver directly to squamish. This can be booked through the “squamish connector” very reasonably priced and drops you off right outside the gondola ticket center. Attractions - A short 10 - 15 minute gondola right up and you are greeted with the most spectacular views of squamish and surrounding mountains. There are multiple different trials to suit your needs, whether you want to hike or just stroll around. During the winter time they offer snowshoe tours, and even tubing (snow dependent). Hotels - Sea to Sky Gondola is located about 10 minutes away from downtown squamish which offers a range of different hotels and air b&b. Food & Restaurants - At the top of the Summit once you have rode the gondola or hiked up is a lodge which serves both hot and cold food. 10 minute drive away is downtown squamish which has multiple restaurant and fast food locations. Shopping - Downtown squamish offers a unique range of shops, the majority of which are small businesses all run by locals. The gondola itself has two retail stores with items made by locals people to squamish. The cool waterfall could be seen even on clear days, and it is said to be water from the melting glaciers on the mountain.
