I came to Sendai by car! There was an Anpanman museum near the hotel where I was staying, so I went there! The bread made at Grandpa Jam's bread factory was so cute! The kids were so happy! #gourmet #gourmettrip #summerweekendtrip

It is not for all Kid's, though those that have grown up with Anpanman will love the experience. It is a great place for them to dance &. play with others of like minds. Price tag goes to all those putting on the show, costumes & most likely the high rent associated with the very convenient location. walking distance to numerous other attractions. right by Nakasukawabata station. #GiveThanks

This is a place where children's dreams of meeting Anpanman come true. It features a museum (admission required) where you can fully enjoy the world of Anpanman, and a shopping mall (free entry) offering adorable Anpanman merchandise and delicious food. Daily events include stage performances featuring Anpanman and friends, as well as mask-making workshops that change daily. The character greeting was the highlight and super exciting! 😂 Check the schedule on their official website. Since we visited on a weekday, it was quite empty. For small children, this place is like a dream come true. However, older kids might find it a bit underwhelming. There is parking available, but nearby parking lots are significantly cheaper. It may be full except for early in the morning, so you may have to wait🫣 It is a space that can be enjoyed by everyone from babies to children and adults😁 Advance reservations are required to enter☺️ The main museum is on the second floor, and souvenirs and restaurants are on the first floor🥺

At the Sendai Anpanman Children's Museum, we went to the popular Uncle Jam's Bread Factory! We had to queue for quite a while, but it was fun to choose while thinking, "What should I buy?"✨ In the store, there were rows of breads with cute reproductions of Anpanman characters! In the end, they were so cute that I ended up buying almost every type...! There was also bread that was only available in Sendai, so it felt very special♪ It's a very satisfying bakery that's worth queuing for. I went to the Sendai Anpanman Children's Museum & Mall in the center of Sendai! It's easy to get to and you can drop in anytime, which is a great point♪ Everywhere you look in the museum, you'll see Anpanman! In particular, the corner where you can make your own Anpanman mask is exciting and fun for both children and adults✨ I was able to make my own original mask and it became a keepsake. However, if you visit during Obon, it will be very crowded! As it is a popular spot, if you want to enjoy it at a leisurely pace, we recommend weekdays or early hours. There are two parts of this buildings, the Anpanman museum and the Anpanman shops. The museum is quite expensive and more suitable for children because there are several toys and attractions. The shops sell many Anpanman souvenirs, books, even bread. There is no need to pay the entrance fee for the Anpanman shops. Very fun place to bring your kids! Free performances, multiple play areas and interactive set peices. This place is very well thought up and designed! There are always 2 restaraunts. Be aware, that the prices for admission, food and gift shops are very pricey

I went to the Anpanman Museum, which is very close to Sendai Station❤️ The price is a little high😂 The admission fee was 8,000 yen for two adults and one-and-a-half-year-old twins! The museum opens at 10am, but there were already many people lining up to buy tickets before 10am. ⚠️I was wrong to think it wouldn't be that crowded on weekdays⚠️ I think we waited about 30 minutes before entering? The shopping mall and Grandpa Jam's bread factory are free to enter, so that's fun in itself Of course, it was even more fun if we went inside the museum♪ There's a water play area that's only available in the summer, so it's a good idea to bring a change of clothes. It wasn't that crowded right after it opened at 10am, but it got really crowded around noon. Please note that you have to line up to get into restaurants and other places.
