Everything in South Korea for me is Completely fascinating. Including Korean dramas, korean fashion, korean food and especially their places! When I went to Seoul, I got to experience a lot pf nice places and also good food like Gwangjangsijang, Majangdong, and more. This Seoul Plaza is good to chill with nice view. You can see their city hall and the best part is the lights are changing colors every night! What a fascinating view. And of course they have the SEOUL sign which is very photogenic in pictures. It was my first time staying there, but it was a new experience. It has been a year since I visited JNTO (Japan National Tourism Organization). I visited the next day after a long time and received new Japanese tourism materials. I made a reservation for a standard double room on the 25th to 29th floors, including breakfast. I was upgraded to a deluxe room, but the height was reduced by half, so the high-rise view that I wanted disappeared. It was a one-sided notice without any explanation. I also made a reservation for the next day's breakfast with an additional 25,000 won for the buffet fee. However, the breakfast buffet was not operated, and it was about 5-10 minutes in the form of an American breakfast where you could choose juice and scrambled eggs. Four days is actually just right for Seoul—not too long, not too short. Perfect for a girls' trip to shop and explore (we went to Olive Young four times!). Olive Young shopping haul (based on recommendations from IG and YouTube): - Torriden Blue Hydrating Mask: 8,700 won for 6 pieces - Goodal Vita C Serum: Seems to be a relatively new brand? - Torriden Eye Cream: I know Torriden products are great, so I decided to try their eye cream. It costs around HK$100. - Numbuzin No. 3 Mask (not sure if I spelled it right): This No. 3 mask has been super popular lately. - Roundlab Sunscreen: The packaging is covered with award logos 😹 Sightseeing spots: - Deoksugung Palace: Just a short walk from our hotel. A bit further away is Gyeongbokgung Palace. Deoksugung is quite small, but if you love traditional architecture, it's worth a visit. It's not crowded. - Myeongdong: Not exactly a sightseeing spot, but it's great for shopping and food. There's a huge Olive Young store and HBAF snacks (I don't like nuts, but their seaweed chips are delicious 🙌🙌). I also bought a jacket from Spao for just around $250! But honestly, it was super crowded, and it rained that day 😭😭. - Seongsu-dong: A trendy area with lots of young people, street culture shops, and cafes. The lights around Seoul Plaza were secretly pretty, and there weren't many people, so it was nice to walk quietly. The night view of the City Hall building lights and the surrounding buildings' glass windows was pretty nice, and the fountain area was lively because you could hear the kids running around. It's perfect for a walk when the weather is cool. You don't have to go far, and you can heal yourself in the middle of the city.

Not driving, traveling with my father who is over 60 years old. If you are going to Seoul for the first time, or planning to travel alone, this post is for your reference. The itinerary is suitable for people who want to see the history and culture, experience life in Seoul, and are not in a hurry to complete the itinerary, but not suitable for shopping people. —————————————————————————— The first card I recommend is the Climate Companion Card.
