I was super happy to go shopping and eat in Chaoshan on the weekend. I would like to recommend this "Apricot Wu Kee Beef Hot Pot" in Shantou. It's really delicious! The beef is super fresh, and it feels like the master is very good at cutting, showing the meat characteristics of different parts to the fullest. The sand tea sauce is also superb.
