Do take note which tower you make your reservation as you are suppose to check-in your respective tower. My reservation was at annex tower, the reception is at level 7. Facilities are plentiful in Shinagawa Prince Hotel. There is an Aqua park where you can see dolphins, bowling centre and cinema. Breakfast can choose between annex tower or main tower at Hapuna. I decided to go Hapuna and it was fantastic, even though there's a snaking queue at 8am, it moved fast and i was in by 8.30am. There are many families with young children. Must be popluar with families here. Overall, Shinagawa Prince Hotel is very convenient as it is only a 2 mins walk to Shinagawa station. Rooms were a bit dated but the facilities and breakfast are awesome

I stayed on the 37th floor of Shinagawa Prince Hotel. I was so impressed by the great view when I visited the bar on the 39th floor that I decided to stay there. The price is reasonable considering that it is on a fairly high floor. I didn't go to the Tokyo Observatory on this trip, but I could see the whole Tokyo night view from the dining bar on the 39th floor of the Shinagawa Prince Hotel. If you sit at the bar table, you can see Tokyo Tower, so I had a glass of whiskey while looking at the Tokyo night view. Table9 Tokyo is a dining bar that's good to go to when you want to see the Tokyo night view but the observatory is crowded with tourists. You can go even if you're not a hotel guest, so check out the Tokyo night view from the dining bar on the 30th floor of the Shinagawa Prince Hotel.

The main course is two-tiered, with savory dishes on the bottom and desserts on the top. I was surprised that the champagne jelly had a very strong champagne flavor, but overall it was delicious. I especially liked the fluffy texture of the tarte tatin and mini pita. The hamburger, which was brought to me warm, tasted like a Mos Burger, and the rice flour buns were white, which was in line with the theme. The parfait was a generous, tall parfait, and the passion fruit was a nice accent. The quality was also high. Also, the petit fours are all-you-can-eat, so you can ask the staff for as many refills as you like. This system is rare for afternoon tea, but we enjoyed a variety of things, including macarons.
