It is easier to drive and park then continue to hike over. If not it is going to be tough with the incline slope. This is an altar monument just right before the DMZ zone. So you need to have a permit to enter and a travel agency can do this admin work to enter DMZ. It is also a significant place for North and South Koreans to come here to pay their respects. I will recommend you to select this as it is a super easy hike for low to moderate fitness level. The view here from the suspension bridge is awesome and you do not really have to cross the entire bridge. The bridge is suspended on both of the cliffs, with an high elevation from the mountains below. There are no signs on the maximum weight load in English but you definitely can feel the bridge is shaking especially when there are more people on the bridge.
