[A must-see for bagel lovers] A long-established bagel shop you definitely want to visit in Montreal🥯
📍St-Viateur Bagel🥯
A popular bagel shop in Montreal✨
A long-established shop that has been in business for over 60 years🤍
The interior of the shop has a retro atmosphere and is just too cute〜💕💕
I went there around noon,
and there was a line outside the shop‼ ︎😳
But there is no eat-in area, so it's basically all take-out, and the turnover is fast, so it's no problem🫶🏽
There are so many different kinds of freshly baked bagels lined up, it's hard to choose...🥹🥹
When I asked what's popular, they said sesame, onion, and rosemary are recommended🤤
I chose the onion🧅
Montreal-style bagels are boiled in water with honey, without salt, and then baked in a pot💡
The New York bagels that I'm used to eating are boiled in malt and salt, and then baked in the oven‼ ︎
I didn't know that...😳
Personally, I prefer Montreal bagels🥹💕
They're chewy and seem easier for Japanese people to eat✨
You have to buy the ingredients to put in the bagels separately in the store, so don't forget👆🏽
We chose salmon and avocado cheese🥑.
They were absolutely delicious😭✨✨
Inside the store, they also sell original eco-bags and hats, and I couldn't help but buy them🥹💕
They were all so cute.
They were really delicious, so I recommend them to anyone going to Montreal‼ ︎✨
