Using Apomi Chicken from Tokushima Prefecture, Shikoku, it is made into Nanman Chicken and turned into pickles. It is sweet and sour. The chicken is very tender, not fatty and very appetizing🤤

Sukiyaki sauce🍶
As for the sukiyaki sauce, it is secretly made from Fukuoka Prefecture white crystal sugar and Wakayama handmade sauce🤭.
After Mr. Kazuyuki Itagaki cooked the sauce, he put the wagyu beef in the sukiyaki pot to cook. The wagyu beef is soft and tender, the fat is evenly distributed, but there is no fatty feeling👍, the sukiyaki sauce is covered with wagyu beef, which makes the taste sweet and soy sauce burnt flavor, rich in taste🤤. The wagyu beef from Oita, Shiga Prefecture, has a strong flavor, while the black-haired wagyu beef from Kagoshima Prefecture, Minami Kyushu, is less oily. I prefer the latter, while my peers prefer the former.
