#Gourmet Shiogama Sushi Tetsu is located in a building directly connected to Sendai Station. It's a popular restaurant, so you often have to wait in line. I waited for about 20 minutes. I was shown to a counter seat and ordered "Sushi Tetsu Monogatari" (¥4,280) ✨ There are about four types of nigiri, starting at ¥1,980. I chose the top-class Sushi Tetsu Monogatari because it contains their specialty, soft boiled octopus nigiri! It also comes with a bowl of soup and an after-meal dessert 🥰 Every bite was delicious and the best ❤️It was so good that I even bought a souvenir! The popular special thick roll (¥2,480) was OK even for the distance of the Shinkansen 🙌 I asked for a lot of nigiri, but they only expect you to carry it around for about 2 to 3 hours, so it's at your own risk! Since I came to Sendai, I wanted to eat sushi, so I visited the S-Pal Sendai branch of Sushi Tetsu, which has its main store in Shiogama. Lunch nigiri sets start at 1,980 yen, but the ones that include my favorite sea urchin are set at 4,000 yen and up. Since I was there, I ordered it, and I was more impressed with the deliciousness of the shellfish, tuna, shrimp, and conger eel than the sea urchin 💕 (I got everything 🤣) It's quite expensive, but the contents are worth it. Each piece gave me a sense of satisfaction and high quality, like "this is different from the sushi I usually eat❣️"✨ The sushi makers were friendly and talked to me, and the atmosphere was easy to enter even by myself. They start with sparkling wine and choose a wine to go with your meal, so you can enjoy it casually. I especially liked the vegetable side dish I ordered at the end, but I didn't get to take a picture of it. . Too bad. ☆ Sendai Outer Market Mori no Ichiba I was satisfied to be able to eat my favorite things, oysters, sea squirt, and sea urchin. On the way back, I walked to Sendai Station for an hour to get some exercise. ☆ Gyutan Cuisine Kaku Hatsukoi Street Branch I checked in around 4:30 and was in on the first round (they open at 5:00). I ordered the grilled tongue set meal and a half portion of seared beef tongue. If you order a la carte dishes like seared beef tongue, it comes with an appetizer of braised pork and balls of konnyaku. I really like grilled beef tongue.
