Hubei Taizishan National Forest Park is located in the southwest of Jingshan County, Hubei Province, with a total area of 7,930 hectares and a forest coverage rate of 83.4%. It has a beautiful ecological environment, a unique cultural environment, and a rich historical heritage. It integrates forest tourism, cave exploration, forest hunting, leisure and health, and popular science education. It is a bright green pearl inlaid in the land of Jingchu. Taizi Mountain has a long history and rich cultural heritage. It was named after Emperor Jiajing of the Ming Dynasty, who hunted here for a long time when he was young. It is a mysterious natural hunting ground for the royal family. There are many cultural relics and tourist attractions at home and abroad. It is adjacent to the famous "Qujialing Culture" site. In the park, there are many legends and historical and cultural sites such as the "Throwing Stones and Pointing Soldiers Pile" where Cao Cao passed by Taizi Mountain after his defeat at Chibi, the ancient tombs of Li Shilang of the Ministry of War of the Ming Dynasty, and the "Fairy Hiding Clouds" place, one of the eight ancient scenic spots in Jingshan - Fairy Cave, Fairy Spring, etc. Beautiful natural environment, rich animal and plant resources. It is also the teaching practice base of nearly ten colleges and universities, including Beijing Forestry University, Huazhong Agricultural University, and South-Central University for Nationalities. At present, Taizishan National Forest Park is included in the core area of "China Agricultural Valley". It is the "green lung" of China Agricultural Valley, the forestry industry core area of Agricultural Valley, and the core area of ecological tourism. Taizishan Town will also be built into an "international forest town" and become the tourism reception center of China Agricultural Valley.
