Taman Mini Indonesia Indah (or TMII in short) is a huge area of park that contains a lot of Indonesian traditional buildings, museum, etc. You can find the miniature of Indonesia (including its culture, flora & fauna, as well as the scientific museums) here. The entrance fee is only IDR 25,000 for each person, and you can pay it only with cashless (card/QR code) at the entrance gate. I went to Taman Mini theme park on the east side of Jakarta! It has traditional houses from various regions of Indonesia and is a place where you can learn about culture. There are also art galleries and museums, and there are many places where you can learn about Indonesia, such as an area with Komodo dragons and a military museum. It would take a long time to look around everything carefully, but I couldn't read the explanations very well, so I was able to go around quite quickly. It took about 2 hours, but I walked around so I was exhausted. There is a bus that you can use to get around, so I recommend using it! Taman Mini Indonesia Indah (TMII) is a perfect place for family to have quality time. The place is kids friendly, but adults will love it too. There are some free buggy cars to ride around the park, and you can rent some vehicles too. We can learn about the culture of Indonesia from each province here.
