#penangtrip I saw many tourists turning back after seeing the ticket prices which is like RM 40. I think it’s well worth the price if you’re a nature lover. Not many animals as they say to observe but the walk in the wilderness is absolutely relaxing and the crest is just amazing. You can see langkawi from the top at certain times. Only thing is half the places are closed. So it’s on your pathway but you just can’t go there.

#malaysia This place is a true GEM! We stayed at Hard Rock Hotel Penang with our little son and loved it! The services and room were impeccable, and we enjoyed our family time under the sun. The swimming pool here is huge and has many play features for the young ones. Endless play options here for the kids, there's also a kids' club that allows parents to drop off their children should they need a breather at the spa. The beach is right next to the hotel so do pop by the beach if you intent to do any water sports. The room is spacious and extremely comfortable. Exploring penang is easy! We took taxi to Penang Hill and a short hike in the nature and enjoyed the aerated views of Penang. Food is everywhere! The Habitat Penang is a nature park and preserve that offers visitors an opportunity to explore a rainforest-like area. The area of The Habitat is not too big, not much visitor as well during long weekend. Nice greenery away from the hustle and bustle of the busy Penang Hill. Recommended to visit at least once. Cheaper ticket can be found online or pay attention to their social media for occasional promotion. 👀 The entire area is quite pleasant to walk and won't be too tiring except for the Curtis crest, which you need to climb a few flights of stairs to get to the top. Canopy walk would be very nice for kids and the elderly. 🌸 Excellent place for kids to explore the nature. They have professional service by enthusiasm staff. Last year was my first visit to The Habitat and I had a great time then. Therefore it was one of the first destination on my list when I planned for this trip to Penang again. I was so eager to go thru the great experience I had during the previous visit but I was up for a surprise as it got even better this time round! The highlight of this trip must go to the new addition at the place, THE ZIP LINES!! Its called The Flight Of The Colugo. It’s exciting yet fit for the entire family for all ages. Penang Shangqi Mountain is a red card punching place, it is worth a visit! Mount Qiqi Mountain is also called Penang Mountain. The top of the mountain is about 821 meters above sea level. The mountain climate is cool and pleasant. It is a cool summer resort. Standing on the top of the mountain, you can see the whole island and the view is very wide. It takes 10 minutes to change to the Habitat from the cable car to the Mid-Levels. This is another attraction in the Penang Hill, the very primitive forest of the The Habitat, and hundreds of millions of years of granite stone, there will be wild monkeys popping out to climb trees, wild crows, or go to the mountains to see All kinds of exotic flowers and grasses, there are giant circular walking passages, which can run around arbitrarily, very stable. Although the walking time is long, you can use this time to look at the scenery and breathe the fresh air of nature. It is better to have a direct drinking water system. If you are thirsty, you can press the nozzle to drink and quench your thirst. This is easily an hour attraction if you take your time to enjoy and experience the flora and fauna of Penang Hill. The Curtis Crest structure is easily worth the price with the views. Not for the faint hearted as the structure may move slightly due to strong winds. Highly recommended to go alone or with your family. Reached abt 830am on weekday, no Q for Funicular to reach the Penang hill. Buy habitat tickets either on trip.com (same day or advance) or Klook (a day ahead). Enjoy the cloudy skies and fresh air. Didn’t manage to catch a glimpse of any birds/langur monkeys though. Getting down was a breeze as the group tours have started to arrive. We spent two amazing days in George Town, exploring its vibrant streets, rich history, and stunning nature. Here’s what we did and some tips if you’re planning a visit! Penang Hill is extremely steep and fun. The round-trip ticket costs about NT$150 or so. You can see the scenery of trees and grass. All the way to the top, you can see the coastal city area. There is also a park on top where you can walk around. The ticket price is about NT$400. Personally, I think if you have the time and mentality to do so, you can go and see it, but if you want to discuss whether it is worth it, I think it is okay because the cost-effectiveness is not high. It may be that Taiwan's park planning and natural environment are too strong. Kek Lok Si Temple is free, but there's a MYR 2 fee to enter the pagoda. 💗Other tips: It is recommended to visit Penang Hill in the morning, as it's cooler and less crowded. The funicular train takes about ten minutes to reach the top of the hill, and it's a twenty-minute walk to the forest park. The forest park has a sky bridge, where you can see squirrels and monkeys. Best moment & nice view for nature

The cable car with large glass windows runs through the forest on a steep track, passing through green trees and tunnels. It takes about 4 minutes to reach the top of the mountain. When you get off the cable car, you will see the Cliff Cafe mountain food court. There are several restaurants, cafes and food stalls to choose from along the way to Penang Peak. The Habitat Penang Hill Ecological Park is the highest scenic spot in Penang. It has original rainforest ecology, forest suspension bridge, swings and circular skywalk, VR, a variety of animals and plants, insects and birds, and a parent-child playground. There is a colorful Indian temple on the mountain. The main god worshiped in this temple is Murugan, the god of war, the son of Shiva. Behind the temple stand Shiva, his wife Parvati, and his son Ganesha. ) and the statue of Murugan, the god of war. It is an admirable colorful temple. There is a mosque next to it. In Penang Hill, a British colonial-style building, the yellow-domed mosque brings some Islamic cultural atmosphere. In addition to visiting the historical buildings, there are also game areas, ice cream, toys, and clothing stalls to browse. There is a cannon not far from the playground and the Hindu temple. It is oriented so that you can clearly see the ships heading towards the coast of Penang.
