I was staying at the neighbours hostel during my Phuket trip. And it was only convenient to have breakfast downstairs at the Neighbors cafe. Usually i try to explore local options and more often it tends to be cost effective too. But the breakfast offerings at neighbours cafe are just amazing. Having tried a lot of them i was impressed with how good it was. I also noticed a lot of regular customers during the breakfast hour. My personal favourite is the Salmon and eggs Benedictine was a masterpiece, with perfectly poached eggs, smoked salmon, and velvety hollandaise sauce. I liked their bagel sets too. The Boiled Eggs were flawlessly cooked, and the coffee was expertly brewed. The cozy ambiance and friendly staff added to the overall experience.
