Malta is not well known, but it is actually an English-speaking country! There are quite a few language schools and it is just the right size to study abroad! The capital, Valletta, is a city that retains a medieval atmosphere. It has a slightly different atmosphere from other European countries. A bit Arabic? Islamic? That's the vibe I got. Valletta is a city with a lot of ups and downs, with fortresses and many ups and downs. There are also prosperous areas and resort-like parts! You can get around Valletta by bus! From Valletta, you can take a day trip to see the Blue Grotto and go to Marsaxlokk, where you can enjoy fresh seafood and a market on weekends! In Marsaxlokk, you can see traditional Maltese boats! They are colorful and cute! The seafood is also delicious, so be sure to go! The Blue Grotto is called the Blue Grotto. You don't need to make a reservation, so be sure to go on a nice day! It was really blue...! Malta is famous for a bread called Maltese bread. It's hard and big! If you buy a sandwich in the morning, it's so big that you'll still be full even after lunch lol. It's a good idea to share it with a friend! Other than that, the crackers and some kind of paste served at the restaurant were delicious! I'm not sure what it was, but it's always served at restaurants, so please try it! Malta is also famous for cats 🐈, and there is a cat park. However, since I went in the summer, it was so hot that I didn't see many kitties... Malta is hot in the summer, so you'll need a parasol! The historic warehouse area along the waterfront is a delightful place to explore away from the masses of crowds in the centre of the city. Here you can admire the architecture from a century ago. If it wasn’t for all of the cars you would really feel like you’ve been transported back in time.
