This is my first time learning snowboarding 🏂. I practiced for three days, and now I can change edges and go down gentle slopes. I personally recommend Tiandingshan for beginners. The slopes are gentle and it's close to the city. You can take a bus from Dongfang Square. If you're more daring, go to Miaoxiangshan. I think the beginner slopes at Miaoxiangshan are perfect for practicing tricks. 👌 The most important thing is safety. Wear a helmet and butt pad if you can.
