Wappa rice is kind of steam rice with various topping in a wooden container, traditional craft that has been used in the old times. BIJIN WAPPA RICE Set, choice of 2 Wappa rice; crab meat with lots of salmon roe and salmon with shredded eggs and less salmon roe, together with one choice of main dish; fried chicken. The set also accompanied by the famous chicken collagen broth, a salad and a dish of pickles also a soft drink. The cost is HK$158 plus 10% service charge. The fresh ingredients is the most attractive and the over all amount is quite a lot for one person. Last the price is quite friendly too.
