Vinpearl Harbour is a lovely place to wander, just try to get there around 4–5 PM. That way, you’ll enjoy the golden hour while it’s still light out, and then watch the whole place light up as the sun goes down. The streets get extra cozy once the lights come on! A quick heads-up: some smoothie vendors and restaurant greeters can be a bit too eager. Just remember and use easy Vietnamese phrase “Không, cảm ơn” – [khom, kahm uhn] – No, thanks.
