With the valley cliff surrounding the pond together with the Yongyeon Cloud Bridge, the whole place simply looks amazing when seen up close, just like a beautiful nature scenery wallpaper you see online. While a dragon was flying upwards towards heaven, water rained down off the dragon. Thus, comes the name Yongyeon pond which also means Dragon pond.
