Experience Culinary Delights at D'Wharf Kuching's Vibrant Night Market
#nightmarkets
D'Wharf Kuching at the waterfront offers a lively night market experience with a diverse range of food and drinks. The vibrant atmosphere is enhanced by several food trucks stationed along the roadside, serving up a variety of local and international cuisines. Visitors can enjoy delicious meals and refreshing beverages while taking in the scenic views of the waterfront, making it a perfect spot for a casual, enjoyable evening out.
Darul Hana Bridge Kuching
The Darul Hana Bridge is the latest addition to the vibrant Kuching Waterfront, and is the only pedestrian bridge in Kuching that connects both sides of the Sarawak river. The bridge is fashioned in an S-shape, and is a curved bridge with two masts, inclined in opposite directions, symbolizing the balance of cultures living together. Steel towers topped with stylised hornbills pay tribute to the emblem of Sarawak. Several resting areas invite pedestrians to take in the spectacular panoramic view over the river, the city, and the State Legislative Assembly Building, while enjoying the cool river breeze.
Discovering Kuching's Waterfront: Mosque, Bridge, and Tua Pek Kong Temple
#citydaytours #100waysoftravel
A city day tour at Kuching's waterfront is a delightful experience. You’ll see the mosque majestically positioned above the river and can walk across the bridge to view the Dewan Undangan Negeri, a striking building on the opposite bank. Nearby, the Tua Pek Kong Temple offers a glimpse into local cultural and spiritual life. Enjoy the picturesque riverside views and the vibrant atmosphere of the area.
