visiting Zhongli Night Market, and definitely, it is much bigger and livelier. this is family-friendly, where there are many game stalls around. Kids love the games. we had a good time walking around and eating some delicious food - 1. mala totu the tofu was soft and tasty, and the mala soup was well flavoured, and the tofu taste was on the dot. 2. sesame oil chicken we tried the chicken meat and added another bowl of vermicelli. the vermicelli soaked up the soup and, thus, was really nice, especially on a cold night. the chicken meat was tender. 3. cuttlefish this cuttlefish was really chewy. the sauce was flavorful. 4. Beancurd ended the night with a cup of cold beancurd. a little too sweet towards the end, but the beancurd was good, and together with the other condiment, it was really refreshing. This Night market is located right beside the streets where will be mixed with cars, motorbikes and pedestrian all sharing the same road, as all these stores are on the streets itself. Bade Bald Cypress Forest in Zhongli District, Taoyuan City is a popular fall and winter attraction whete visitors can walk among 3000+ bald cypress trees. A really good place for a weekend hangout with your family and friends! It is best to go when the weather is great also the sun is bright, during November til mid Janury to get the brownly leaves all over the the trees. From Zhongli St., take 5098 bus then walk 15 mins to the exact location.
