TheForkUserThis restaurant exceeded all expectations. Our 3 course meals plus an amazing ‘pizza in a cup’ amuse bouche were arguably the finest dinner we’ve had in Fontainebleau. Add in the spectacular ambiance creating by the decor, lighting and stone walled/brick ceiling cave and it makes L’Atelier du Goût a highly recommended dinner.

TheForkUserExcellent dinner at this restaurant. Best mozzarella & tomato salad ever & the duck breast was also very good. Generous portions so no room for dessert, but good coffee to finish. Ambience a little odd, but staff were friendly & working hard.
