However, there is no shacha sauce like in the south, so it is really light. The tripe is very crispy and good! Everything else is good, but I didn&#39;t understand that high-calcium lamb has cartilage, which is a bit unaccustomed to.

Jinxin Hotel is indeed a high-end restaurant. The service here is great and enthusiastic. We went there a little late that day, and there were not many dishes left.
