This was an amazing trip! The communication from the trip organizers was very good. They helped us arrange a private boat for snorkeling, which was an excellent choice, and worth every bit. Our boat crew was very professional and friendly, and made us feel safe all the way. Our driver and guide on the island, Putu, was fantastic. He was very friendly, and helpful, while sharing a lot of interesting information about the island. I would highly recommend this trip to anybody.★

There are four snorkeling points. I suggest that you go down when you are small. I am very happy to see the fish and coral 🥳 In the afternoon, some roads to Penida Island are very shaking. Basically, I left after watching the photo. I was a little rushed. There was a driver to pick up and drop off the boat. The service attitude was very nice.★

The itinerary is consistent with the product description. The customer service Xia Xia is very responsible for patiently following up the process from the order confirmation to the end of the itinerary to answer questions. The itinerary housekeeper Xiaoying and the local driver and Chinese tour guide are particularly dedicated. Originally scheduled for 6 am: 30 departure driver is 20 minutes late because of traffic jams, but it is understandable that the traffic in Bali is quite unpredictable, plus the driver also explained the situation to us and was very friendly along the way. It is necessary to go to the pier, including the attractions, to share a car with others (seven-seater cars) The people who met in the carpool were very good. It was like a day trip. It felt wonderful. Arrive at the pier at 8:00. Sign in to the group and then issue the ferry ticket at 8:40. The boat suddenly became bigger and the boat shook greatly. It was a very exciting experience. Some people were seasick and vomited and dumped out. I hit my forehead and injured my forehead. Later, I thought it was quite dangerous. I arrived at Penida Island at about 10:20 and was assigned to the car. First, I went to the elf cliff. After I arrived, it was basically free. 12:20. This is to see the group notification to gather for dinner. The restaurant has a menu to choose from. It is very good to serve slowly. After dinner, I went to angels billabong and broken beach. I also saw someone going to the snorkeling project 15:15 to gather at the parking lot and return to the pier. 16:30 departure ship 17:30 to Nusa Dua Pier 18:00 to find the driver back to the hotel 19:30 to the hotel in Seminyak (ask is a serious traffic jam) After I went back, I learned that 5.2 Bali was out of power in the afternoon. Driver-Brenn contacted the day before, specified the time and hotel from where to pick up. Brenn is very attentive and gentle driver, polite. The car is 7-seat, air conditioner works perfectly. Supplied us in time to the port, rushed, TK not to the end calculated timemng on locations and visiting the last was the risk not to time. Therefore, I recommend here to plan the route in advance and speak , everything to clarify at the beginning at the driver, do not hope that he will organize you, already at the end understood that it was necessary to increase the rate of visit to the previous locations. But here on our side there was disagreement, got an injury the day before on snorkeling and did not speak clear time with the driver from the beginning.
