Excellent, easy process from start to finish. We used this service from the airport to our hotel and again on our return trip we were collected from our hotel and taken back to the airport. The wait time for the ferry was less than 10 mins on each occasion and the staff helping us along the way were excellent.★

The detailed email really arrived the day before as I was told. Information from the airport to the dock was very smooth, and I didn't need a tip in particular. However, I was a little worried because the bus was not enough or the transfer to the hotel was waiting for about an hour.
