The pick up person is on time and really nice personality and helpful 😊 Even the package price is a lot higher than the boat ticket but overall i think it is worth the view and to support the local tour. The drop of is also close to the town in Yangshuo - not hard to transfer to hotel in the city. The scenic views are remarkable💕💖. Highly recommend if you can afford the price.★

Colin was very friendly and took me to all the places in an order so we avoided lining up. Especially the hike up to Xiang Gong Mountain was very nice - a short hike up the stairs but the view is worth it! Do the rafting in the morning as it saves you lining up for long.★

The trip started off with an early morning pickup on a coach bus. The ride to the departure dock took about an hour and a half but you get a scenic view of the city. The weather was rainy which threatened to have the top deck filled with tourist umbrellas but thankfully it cleared up. The sights were amazing and worth the ride. The seats were wide and comfortable. The buffet lunch was a strange variety of foods. It could be improved. Overall the cruise started at 9:20 and we disembarked at about 12:10.★

Fuss-free booking right from the start. Easy instructions to follow. Driver will be assigned the night before the activity. Prompt pick-up by driver in a clean and comfortable car. Smooth drive from hotel to ferry, and driver helped to retrieve ticket. Buffet lunch included. Able to include add-ons at own cost onboard. The open-air space for photography is open to all classes onboard the ferry. Would have preferred a chance to select seats in the VIP cabin ourselves rather than be allocated at random.
