Honestly very well organized. We got picked up at our hotel, the minican was airconditioned and comfortable. We had half an hour at the pier before boarding, there is multitude of snack options you can purchase.
The boat trip felt safe and was efficient.
Now what i really appreciated was that my husband forgot his phone in the minivan, we messaged the compny through whatsapp and they were kind enough to locate it and bring ut to us to koh lanta the next day.
