Although we only hired the driver without guide we are very happy with the service provided. We don’t speak Mandarin but we were able to communicate using the translator app. He was friendly and professional and we had enough time to enjoy Balagezong fully before catching our train to Lijiang. We communicated with Greg ahead of time and he make sure to include me with the local team in the group WeChat. Happy with the service provided and I highly recommend this service to anyone visting Shangri La and would like to have a driver and car for the day.★

Comfortable travel, professional driver, make me feel safe throughout the journey. William, he is my tour guide, not only a guide but also a lovely photographer, make me have beautiful pictures to take back to memory.
