Very satisfied. On June 4, at the counter in Changi T3 (the installation instructions are easy to find). It was a Malay (female) who helped us open a mobile phone card and had a very good attitude (we don't speak English at all). Tip, after getting off the plane, you can use the free Wi-Fi at the airport first, showing the electronic code in the order, and you need to scan this electronic bar code when you take the Singapore phone card! (not the data verification code of those English letters).
It is very convenient to use after that. Telephone and traffic are enough, Google and AutoNavi are OK!★
