You can install it directly to your phone in the Trip app, but it is 24 hours since IOS is installed and automatically activated. However, Japanese Wi-Fi is everywhere and I am not worried about this problem. The time and traffic are also very sufficient. I bought it for 1 day.★

ESIM is a convenient mechanism that can be downloaded directly to your smartphone. I used it during my overseas trip, but it opened immediately by reading the QR code, and it was very helpful to use local data communication cheaply while holding Japanese SIM. No need to replace SIM, no trouble, easy to set. It is also attractive that it is environmentally friendly and does not require paper or plastic SIM.
