If your train is canceled, your ticket is valid on one of the two Avanti West Coast trains immediately before your booked train, or one of the two immediately after. If you choose not to travel because your train is delayed or canceled, you can request a full refund from your original point of purchase.

Substitute bus services are operating between Milton Keynes and Watford Junction, and also between Northampton and Wellingborough.
Southern customer advice: Southern trains running between East Croydon and Watford Junction will end their trips at and depart from Shepherds Bush. There will be no Southern train service between Shepherds Bush and Watford Junction until further notice. This means the stations below will have no service until the malfunction is fixed:
