Vinkeles restaurant is well worth a visit for dinner. Its French cuisine skillfully combines classic flavors with modern creativity, and was awarded one Michelin star at the end of 2009. At the same time, the ancient historical charm and modern new look make the Amsterdam canal picturesque!

I came to this restaurant because of its reputation. The food was really delicious. The waiter was handsome and considerate, and he even agreed to my strange request for the veal steak to be cooked medium rare, which was really perfect.

I was very impressed with this culinary experience. The wine was top notch and matched the dish. It blended together and it was really well thought out.
