Great rustic place with friendly service. We had cotes de boeuf which was perfectly cooked. And good wines at reasonable prices. Highly recommended.
Authentic traditional bistro/ comfort food with top quality ingredients including amazing aged beef. Helpful and friendly service and extensive wine selections
The food was delicious. I had the Cod with garlic and burnt leek. The flavours were outstanding. My husband had the roast chicken and he said the same. For dessert I had the prune ice cream and Armagnac. It was amazing. My husband had the Prunes and Armagnac which he loved. Fabulous atmosphere.
Superb lunch, service and quality. street is a little bit busy and noisy to eat outside but it was still a delicious lunch time
It is quintessential Bordeaux cuisine. Everything we had (veal sweetbreads, duck, chicken and the chateaubriand were perfectly cooked and delicious. The white asparagus appetizer was perfectly prepared as were the sauces (probably one of the best hollandaise I’ve ever tasted). And then to top it off, they made the single best creme brûlée I’ve ever had. Service was fantastic as well. Just a perfect evening. You must stop by La Tupina if you are in Bordeaux.
