Taverna Estia

Taverna Estia, this French restaurant gave me a really great feeling. I was very hungry, so I ordered the most substantial set meal. It tasted very good with white wine.

The meatballs are made from fresh meat and baby beef, with a super chewy texture. The sauce is made from a variety of ingredients simmered over low heat, which has a charming aroma. They are stir-fried with a thick smoked pepper and tomato sauce and sprinkled with chili breadcrumbs, Pecorino cheese and parsley when served. You’ll want to eat them again after just one bite!

Unbelievable on all fronts! From the moment we were greeted at the gate, the stroll through the beautiful gardens, the ambiance of the restaurant, the impeccable service, the presentation of the offerings, the flavors, variety and freshness…. We have travelled the world and this ranks among the best.

One of the best meals I have had anywhere in the world. If you come to Italy you must find a way to go to this village with this amazing family tradition.

Amazing food and fantastic service in a beautiful garden atmosphere! Each course of food was delicious and beautifully presented. The wine pairings were perfect.
