Haju Gol

We drove directly to the Santorini Hotel in Chuncheon. As a typical foodie, this is a place I have longed to visit. The hotel, which was built to imitate the Santorini in Europe, is very beautiful and the food is also great.

Traditional liver paste soup, based on matsutake mushroom, is paired with seasonal fresh matsutake mushroom. The soup is clear and fresh, a breath of fresh air.
The room is already filled with fragrance before it is served. The rice fish is wrapped with shark fin, sea cucumber and fish maw. It is crisp, smooth, soft, fresh, fragrant, spicy and numbing. The taste is unique and everyone loves it.

Good dishes, nice presentation, generous portions, good environment, good service attitude
