The (red) wine was at 24 or 25 degrees centigrade and when I asked for an ice bucket the server replied that red wines are served hot while the correct temperature for that wine should be about 16 degrees. As I insisted he told me that he would bring one immediately but never did. The service was very slow (almost three hours to have lunch!), in particular, because they could not decide who was serving as, so most of the time no one was doing it!

Excellent, especially in the midst of a power outage, doing everything possible to serve customers in the best possible way.
The place was beautiful, the atmosphere was peaceful, the service was impeccable and the food was spectacular. A simply perfect meal.
The scrambled cod was perfect and so was the sirloin. The staff was very friendly. Satisfied as always in paradores.
