This restaurant is in the forest but only a very short drive out of Fontainebleau. It was a very lucky find! French local, nice ambience in a forest style lodge, friendly service and lovely tasty food. A nice change from the restaurants in town. You need a car though.

Friendly and welcoming staff, warm and pleasant atmosphere and decor. We had a Savoyard fondue, very good! We will come back with pleasure!

Very peaceful place, calm, great staff. Everything is great, small downside... the parking... too small!!! Not always easy to find a decent spot... but good restaurant victim of its own success. Don't let that stop you from going there!
