Chunji Roast Goose (Diecai Store) is located at No. 1 Zhongshan North Road, Guilin City, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, next to the Jingtong Guilin Hotel. The business hours are 11:00-14:00 and 17:00-21:00 from Monday to Sunday. The dishes in this restaurant are cooked very well and the business is booming every day.

I went to Guilin from Nanning on the weekend and ate at Chunji. The dishes tasted good. The roast goose was different from the one in Guangdong. It was very similar to the braised goose. The beer fish tasted very good. It would be even better if tofu was added. The waiters were very qualified and had a good attitude.

The taste is good. I ate it twice. The signature roast goose has crispy skin and tender meat. The meat is not old. The goose wings and goose intestines are also good. You can add spicy food. It is very satisfying to eat. The lava buns should be eaten while hot. The filling inside is sweet but not greasy. It is worth recommending.

Chunji Roast Goose has received rave reviews. I went there immediately when I arrived in Guilin today. It is next to the Jingtong Guilin Hotel where we stayed. Ordered the signature dish roast goose, the taste is authentic, fat but not greasy, the skin is very crispy. Durian pastry and lava buns are mediocre, not as delicious as expected. Sour soup beef is my favorite, and the scallion-flavored lychee taro is really average, not recommended, very bland. Mango salad is good, everyone eats it together. Overall it is good and very popular.

Guilin Chunji Roast Goose, not to mention the high quality and moderate price of the dishes, has already won praise from diners just from the subtleties of its management and service. Scan the code to order dishes, and then the waiter will immediately print out the menu and sing out the names of the dishes to check, ask the diners if they have any dietary restrictions, and then place an hourglass, indicating that the hourglass will be over in 28 minutes. I came to Guilin for the Chinese New Year. After visiting Duxiu Peak today, I walked 5 minutes to the famous Chunji Roast Goose. Especially the goose snails and roast goose, the taste is good. The snails are big and numerous, and the taste is great. Roast goose is a must-order dish in their house. The meat is not greasy and the taste is very good. This restaurant is worth a try.
