We arrived 30 minutes before closing and there was still a line. What I like about this restaurant is the peace in the crowd. The owner respects everyone and the people waiting in line don&#39;t put pressure on the people eating. The people eating don&#39;t wait too long after they finish. The broth is very rich and the stew is cooked just right and delicious. The soba noodles are the best. They are chewy but not hard. Even the ice desserts are good, the crushed ice is exquisite and the red beans on top are cooked just right and not mushy.

After exiting the monorail terminal Shuri Station, it is about a 10-minute walk to the restaurant. From a distance, you wouldn&#39;t know it&#39;s a noodle shop! According to the introduction, the noodles are made by hand using banyan tree ash water. It&#39;s very unique and flavorful. The environment inside the restaurant is also very comfortable!
