We ate at the barbecue restaurant twice. The meat was big and the side dishes were also grilled.
In an Indian restaurant, the curry has a stronger flavor, and the chili is different from the one in China, it is very spicy.
The restaurant's decoration is very modern and the food tastes good
At 6 o'clock in the morning in Kotor, the morning mist has not yet dissipated, and the 1,300 stone steps are looming in the shadow of St. John's Fort. Climbing up the cobblestone road paved by the Venetians 500 years ago, you will suddenly see the entire fjord around the corner - like a sapphire held up by the mountains, and the cruise ship is dragging a silver line into the bay. The cats in the ancient city know life better than tourists. They squat on the ruins of St. Triphon Church to take a nap, or jump into the terrace of the seafood restaurant Cesaretica, waiting for guests to share the bones of grilled sea bass. In the evening, you must sit in the tavern under the city wall and watch the sunset dye the 15th-century city wall into honey color. The backpacker at the next table has just returned from hiking on the "Kotor Ladder", holding the 15-euro ticket that he didn't spend - it turns out that if you climb the mountain before the staff go to work at 7 o'clock, you can capture the panoramic view of the fjord for free in your camera. The old town at night is more like a maze. Follow the aroma of wine into a narrow alley, and you may meet a local holding a guitar and singing in Serbian, humming a tune that is gentler than the sea breeze. 🚍 Transportation Guide: Enjoy the fjord area with a small amount of money • ✈️ Arrive in Kotor The nearest Tivat Airport (TIV) has direct flights from European low-cost airlines. Booking a ticket in advance costs about 820 yuan including tax. Don't take a taxi from the airport to the old town (20 euros is a rip-off). Walk 1.4 kilometers to Tivat Bus Station, take a bus for 2 euros, and get to the entrance of the old town in 1.5 hours. The bus runs every hour from Monday to Friday, and every 2 hours on weekends. Remember to wait for the bus at the previous stop opposite the P4 supermarket and grab a window seat to see the fjord scenery. • 🚌 Short trips in the surrounding area Go to the town of Perast to see the rock island on the sea. The bus costs 1 euro per person (10-15 euros for a taxi), and the boat ticket costs 10 euros to go to the Our Lady of the Rocks Island. The round-trip bus to the old town of Budva costs 11.6 euros, and the journey takes 30 minutes. The coastal highway is more interesting than the scenic spot. • 🚶 Transportation in the old town Private cars are prohibited from entering the old town, and the stone road is suitable for walking. It is recommended to wear non-slip shoes when climbing the city wall. The 1,350 steps are divided into three sections, and the second section of the observation deck has the most shocking view. 💰 Consumer Guide: The European price depression is confirmed • 🍴 Food and Drink ◦ For 25 euros per person, you can order a seafood platter at Cesaretica, grilled squid with local wine, and remember to leave the fish bones for the street cats. ◦ The slum food Steak&BBQ has a half-grilled chicken for only 5 euros, and a skewer platter with fries for 10 euros. ◦ Buy black truffle sauce for 5 euros/can at the morning market, and drink espresso for 3 euros in the cafe, which is cheaper than domestic chains. • 🎟️ Tickets and Experiences The ticket to St. John’s Castle is 15 euros (open from 7:00 to 20:00 from May to September). If you want to save money, go to the top before 7 am. The charter boat to the Blue Cave is 30 euros per person, which is half the price of the Greek island hopping tour. • 💳 Payment reminder The euro is the universal currency, and cash is preferred! Small restaurants, chartered cars, and buses only accept cash. The airport ATM withdrawal fee is 5.99 euros. It is recommended to exchange enough cash in China. 🏨 Accommodation recommendation: Sleep in the fjord view within 100 yuan • 🔹 Majka Apartments Youth Hostel 15 euros/night in the ancient city, beds with lockers, clothes can be dried on the rooftop terrace, and it takes 5 minutes to walk to the city wall. • 🔹 Apartments Marković Muo fishing village, 2.5 kilometers away from the ancient city, sea view balcony + kitchen, double room about 200 yuan/night, free parking suitable for self-driving party • 🔹 D&Sons Apartments A good value for money option near the North Gate, with a view of St. John's Fort, a kitchen that can cook seafood, and a double room in the off-season is around 150 yuan. 📌 Final reminder: It is most comfortable to come in May-June or September-October, and avoid the peak season crowds in July-August. Remember to bring water when climbing the city wall. There are no road signs in the alleys of the old city. You won't get lost if you look for the direction of the clock tower - after all, getting lost in Kotor is also a way to encounter surprises~ #如歌的之旅 #走就走的签证免执国 #友圈被问爆地方 #六-8月適去夏地地 #走就走的签证免执国
🇲🇪Kotor Barbecue|||Tanjga Family Restaurant 🥩Experience exotic food together This barbecue restaurant can be seen on the way from the Kotor bus station to the small town of Kotor. It is an independent small shop with roasted chickens turning at the door and smoke rising. We chose to eat here after finishing our tour in the town. The indoor space is not large, with only 5 or 6 tables, but the outdoor space is quite large. The weather is neither cold nor hot, so we chose to dine outdoors. The barbecue here is really good. I don’t know if it’s the quality of the steak or the cooking skills. It’s tender and juicy. They will also serve each piece of meat with some vegetables, but the taste is not very good. Just eat a few bites for the sake of courtesy. Anyway, I can’t get used to it. If you go to Kotor, don’t miss it!
