Today's food highlight was the popular restaurant Katretei that I accidentally passed by. It turned out to be a Michelin restaurant and the top 1 best restaurant in Kumamoto Prefecture in 2014/2016. The Kagoshima Kuroge pork chop was so delicious, but the portion was so big that I almost had to hold on to the wall when I left.

After waiting for a while, I was seated. You can choose the fat content and size of the pork chops. The English menu has fewer items than the Japanese menu (I considered the waiting time for a table). . .
