Next door is Feng Sanniang’s Cross-footed Beef I ordered two portions of stilted beef stew, two portions of Xuewang, one portion of crispy sausage and one portion of brown sugar cake. The beef is extremely tender and the portion is quite large. One serving for four people is definitely enough. The blood is very tender, the crispy sausage is also very fragrant, and the brown sugar cake is really delicious. You must try it.

duangduang~ I went to Leshan with Mengjie's family to enjoy the mountains and rivers and see the Giant Buddha~ Leshan Giant Buddha really admires the wisdom and diligence of the ancient working people. After a day of wandering around the Giant Buddha, I was tired and hungry after going down the mountain, so I was ready to find a delicious place to reward my stomach. Mengjie was very persistent in finding a century-old store. It was a bit far away, and it was a distance from Zhanggongqiao Food Street. I was so hungry on the way that I bought a portion of wolf tooth potato strips, which actually contained houttuynia cordata. It was too spicy and I couldn't taste it. Fangfang is really hidden in the city. The store is a bit remote, but it still can't stop us from eating. Our group of four ordered a medium pot, which was really big, much bigger than the medium pot in Zhanggongqiao before. The boss was willing to put in the ingredients, and the pot was full. Sichuan people love water celery, which is rarely found in the north. It is really a savior for people who don't like cilantro. Water celery is very fragrant and tastes a bit bitter. We ordered a mixed pot, which has beef offal, beef, tendons, and brains. The beef soup is very fresh, not at all the freshness of MSG. If you like spicy food, you can dip it in dried butter. It's a good choice to have a bowl of hot beef soup when it's cold. I don't want to go home. There are too many delicious things in Leshan. The boss is an uncle. He said that his store has been passed down for three generations. He also gave us the boss's homemade kimchi, which is super delicious. I especially recommend the special blood stew. The blood is super tender, which is completely different from the blood we eat in the north. It is as tender as tofu brain. I never liked eating things like blood before, but I fell in love with blood stew when I came to Leshan. Before leaving, the uncle gave us a bottle of local drink. Emei Xueer~ cheered for the uncle, the Qiaojiao beef was delicious, and the hospitality of Sichuan people was warm and hospitable.
