La Taverna

This was such a beautiful place to eat. We are six ladies traveling across Italy and this was my favorite restaurant so far. The food was fresh and flavor excellent. The staff was friendly, helpful and never rushed us. They also have a cooking class that I wish we had taken. If staying down in Monterosso, it is a 10 minute taxi ride. Well worth the trip. There is a beautiful view of the sea.

There are many restaurants in Cinque Terre. I went in to eat at this one because it looked good. The room was darker and you can enjoy the sun outside. Their salads are very fresh and go very well with vinegar.
