I had the steak I always wanted to eat in Florence. Although it was "very much" dry, it was the best meat I had in recent days. The pizza 🍕 was a pure Margherita, with a thin and crispy bottom that was eaten up in an instant.

The pan-fried salmon is very beautiful, with pea onion cream as a green canvas sauce, and tender and juicy fish meat~ a whole lime iced Americano! The taste is icy and refreshing, and it is the best choice for brunch drinks!

Wellington Beef, in simple terms, is a dish made by wrapping a slightly fried fillet with mushroom sauce and air-dried ham, then wrapping it tightly with puff pastry and baking it. The mushrooms are fresh and fragrant, the fillet is juicy, and the puff pastry is crispy. The three fit together tightly and complement each other.
