Pilchards at Port Gaverne

Just a very pleasant low key place in a fabulous location with a great small plates offering and stupendously well cooked food. The small plates are not so small so be vcareful not to over order. Very friendly waitress.

Fantastic food. Only shame was that the food “arrived when ready” so sides arrive before mains and some have all their food before others even get one plate. Otherwise food itself was excellent and location/ambience lovely

Fantastic food and service , only down side was dogs ! Really don’t appreciate them barking in a restaurant , while sat at table next to me , they need to sort the toilet out as well doesn’t shut properly so cannot lock it not great when there’s only one and you have to share

A real find. Food so fresh and tasty and service super. Bonus was live music on this afternoon (allMusic from our era) lovely setting just next to a beach ❤️
