Fuji Sushi Experience

Great experience at Fuji sushi. It’s away from the touristy areas. Food was good but having been to sushi places around the world it’s not quite there. Although the fish used were fresh but the sushi rice could improve. Staff were very attentive. The place was nice and intimate. I would come back and try their a la carte menu since I had the omakase.

We ordered a course of 8 moments each, and it was a perfect choice! Fish is the freshest and dessert is melting in a mouth! P.S. For my boyfriend the course was just enough, for me - a bit big, in the next time I’d order 6 moments course

We visited Japan last year and the diner we had at Fuji brought back the memories. Definitily a professional chef who knows his profession.

Having had other Sushi experiences around the European continent we've been delighted how fresh and tender the fish has been in this place. Choosing the Sashimi was a good option to get a taste of delicious other fishes apart from the obvious ones. Not being a fan of a Mackerel in general, this one was totally different than used to.Noticing that the service staff is not fully professionally taught in this job, we especially liked their "pleasant restraint" while serving and explaining things. Very nice!We would go again if there was more time left on our trip.

Superb food - excellent quality ingredients prepared with elegance and skill. Staff were knowledgeable and friendly and from a UK perspective, good value considering the quality. Highly recommend
