Shrimp balls with green mustard:
I must order it every time. The shrimp is not only big, but also very fresh. It tastes better with green mustard.
Roast goose:
The skin is crispy and the meat is soft and delicious.
Stewed fish maw with grains:
This is my favorite. I would rather not order anything else but a bowl of fish maw. It is rich in content and makes my stomach feel comfortable after drinking it.
