The Poachers Cottage

The service was fast and friendly and the food was delicious. The pub was very busy but we weren't kept waiting. Really enjoyed our visit.

Always a good experience at the Poachers. Excellent staff and lovely manageress who always ensures my elderly parents are well looked after. A fab family restaurant with good casual dining food.

The staff were very welcoming and found a table that was ideal for our young grandson. A high chair was offered in case we needed it. To minimise waiting time which may have unsettled our grandson the staff offered to get food immediately from the salad bar. The food was very nice and we were asked if everything was satisfactory. Well done to the team at Poachers Cottage.

Good food at very reasonable price.Disappointing there was only ice cream on the lunch special as no toffee pudding available but excellent there’s a vegan choice ????all in all very pleasant and would go again
