Chutney Marys

Now I know that there are quite a few Southeast Asian restaurants in Australia. This restaurant has many dishes, some of which I have never seen in Southeast Asia, and the portions are quite large. A family can have a big meal by ordering a few dishes. It is said that many of the spices here are imported, so the taste is very authentic.

This Indian restaurant is located in the small town of Subiat in Perth. I went to the town for a stroll in the morning. When I came across this Indian restaurant, my friend recommended it to me and said that I could try authentic Indian food here. The waiters in the restaurant are all Indian. I ordered the lunch special butter curry chicken rice for 10 Australian dollars. If you don't like spicy food, you have to tell the waiter before ordering that you don't want spicy food, because Indian curry is spicy. The food was served quite quickly and the taste was good. After all, it is Indian cuisine and it is rare to taste good. The environment and service are also good.

It is worth recommending. I would mainly like to praise the staff. They are super nice and have a really good attitude, without any impatience!

Food was excellent with a good selection for vegetarian diners. Fast and friendly service with attentive staff. Had been some time since my last visit, enjoyed the brighter lighting compared to previous visits

Really great food. Restaurant is BYO during week except for Friday / Saturday. Drinks in dry July (we gave it a run this year) were pretty limited and would have been great to open a bottle of something (we had brought). Perhaps something restaurant could consider, either holding some stock - at least in July. This point would not alter our plans to return.
