Ikkaku Yajima

This chicken leg shop is very famous. It sells charcoal grilled chicken legs, but you need to queue up to eat. Fortunately, everyone eats one chicken leg, so it is very fast. It usually takes fifteen minutes to get your turn.

This restaurant is one of the most famous in the city and is famous for its roast chicken. The queue was formed before the restaurant opened (5pm) and we were lucky to catch the crowd before the opening time. Customers can choose between two types of chicken - tenderer or tougher chicken (from older hens). We decided to go for the tender chicken as it is easier to chew. The dish was served hot and the chicken skin was crispy, perfect for the juicy chicken.

I like the roasted chicken legs here the most, it’s a signature dish, highly recommended!!
