Akashiyaki, with chunks of octopus in fluffy dough, is eaten by dipping it in a light broth. It melts in your mouth the moment you put it in, and it's truly blissful. The taste is convincing enough that locals visit one after another, and although there is a line, the turnover is fast. It was a perfect local gourmet treat to enjoy while sightseeing.
